Using StitchFlow

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and use the service lawfully. Designer subscriptions apply only to designer accounts; client accounts are free.

Subscriptions

Prices and billing periods are shown before payment. Subscription access begins after verified payment. Unless a recurring billing mandate is separately accepted, renewal requires a new payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your content

You retain ownership of business and client content you enter. You grant StitchFlow permission to host and process it only to provide and secure the service. Do not upload content without authority or consent.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep StitchFlow reliable, but maintenance or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. StitchFlow supports business administration and does not guarantee garment quality, delivery, profit or client payment.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or material violations. You may export and delete your account from the app.
